I think it's true that people tend to work and associate with people they feel are most like themselves, which is why my favorite clients are entrepreneurial small business owners and managers - especially when the business is in the midst of an expansion phase and I can help to take it to the next level.
I love business coaching, because I am a "serial entrepreneur" myself, and I love creating and expanding businesses. Thinking big, creative, thoughts is fun for me! I like entrepreneurs (and those who aspire to be entrepreneurs) because they tend to be high energy "possibility thinkers" who are not afraid of thinking outside of the box for inspiration. Most actually know their business quite well and use me as a sounding board for their ideas, and as a "second set of eyes and ears" for developing and implementing strategies to grow and optimize their business.
